The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you appointed (not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Perishable or expired items.
  • Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable (unless prohibited by local law).

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and assume all risk until the product reaches us.

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit upon return. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty to first-end users for non-consumable items such as:

  • Control Boards
  • Power Supplies
  • Stepper Motors
  • Manufacturer defects not listed in the user manual

Consumables and wear-and-tear items are not covered.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened products.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Opened items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Clearance or discounted items are non-returnable.

We offer either a full refund or an exchange of equal value for unopened returns made within 30 days.
